🎉 Please give a warm welcome to Andy McQuillen, the new principal at Roland-Story High School!
Education runs in Andy’s family, as his sister is an elementary teacher in Grundy Center. He also takes pride in being an uncle to two nieces, currently in 7th and 9th grades. Outside of school, Andy enjoys cycling, sports, reading, and home improvement projects.
“I am excited to meet all of the students and families throughout the year,” Andy says. “The staff at Roland-Story HS has been awesome and continues to impress me in their willingness to learn and work with students.”
Andy earned a master’s degree in educational leadership and a bachelor’s degree in business administration & business education, both from the University of Northern Iowa.
