The Roland-Story Board of Education has established its goals for 2026–2028, providing a clear framework to guide the district’s work and decision-making over the next two years.
The goals focus on three key priorities:

🤝 Investment in our people
🏫 Thoughtful and responsible facility planning
Through research-based practices, strong family partnerships, professional development, a supportive staff culture, and transparent community engagement, we will continue working together to create meaningful opportunities for every student.
Each member of our Roland-Story team received a #SailNorse t-shirt with Anchored in History. Forged for the Future. on the back as a welcome back gift this year.
Staff will wear them periodically as we join together for the different milestones of each school year.
We are also excited to share our continued efforts to celebrate our past and discover what the future brings for Roland-Story!

The Roland-Story Community School District is asking the community to extend the Physical Plant and Equipment Levy (PPEL) for another 10 years. Supported by local residents for nearly 40 years, PPEL is a critical source of funding for our schools. 🏫
